TravelTech Case Study: SwiftON

Targeted Approach to Refine Messaging and Positioning

The challenge:

Refine SwiftON’s brand messaging and positioning while improving the visual and narrative impact of the pitch deck. Align sustainability and hospitality tech narratives for maximum resonance with target audiences, while coaching founder on delivering a confident, engaging spoken pitch.

The context

SwiftON is a European hospitality tech solution for hotels and hospitality, to measure and reduce water and electrical consumption through IoT sensors and data analysis.

Gamification of the device encourages guests to use less water and rewards improved behavior.

SwiftON had already successfully won several pitch competitions but wanted to land better and more confidently with audiences during presentations, from investors to potential clients to partner opportunities.

The Methodology

Conduct a messaging audit to identify gaps in clarity, emotional impact, and value proposition.

Redesign pitch deck with stronger visual hierarchy, simplified data presentation, and clear investor-focused storyline.

Reframe messaging to highlight sustainability impact, proven pilot results, scalable IoT potential beyond hotels (e.g. homes), integrated gamification narrative and better visuals for the deck for stronger brand storytelling.

Pitch practice sessions refining pacing, key talking points, and emotional connection.

The New Plan

Founder gained confidence delivering a succinct pitch with investor-ready clarity.

Deck now clearly communicates the problem, solution, traction, and scalability potential.

Messaging now resonates equally with sustainability-driven hotel owners and tech-savvy investors.

Visuals and brand narrative aligned with SwiftON’s positioning in the sustainable hospitality tech space.

Strengthened readiness for upcoming conference speaking engagements.
