We use our software, Arrivalsoft, to survey employees about the performance appraisals they've used at their organizations, to answer the question: How well do existing evaluation processes work?  

This is NOT a demo of Arrivalsoft.  This "survey mode" only shows a very small piece of our software - and the questions we ask in this survey are obviously not the same questions anyone would ask regarding employee performance.  Arrivalsoft offers far more than this survey shows (click here for details), but we only provide full demos to qualified prospective clients.  To request more information about Arrivalsoft, simply fill out our request form.   

This survey is an anonymous process.  We will have NO WAY to identify anything about you, nor any way to follow-up with you, unless you also fill out a request form or send us an email.

To take the survey click on www.arrivalsoft.com/volunteerfb.asp and enter userid = arrival  and password = arrival (when used for employee evaluation, each employee signs on with a unique id and their own password, using this generic sign-on assures your anonymity in our survey).  If you would like to see the SURVEY RESULTS, follow instructions embedded in the survey - or, we will be adding a link from THIS PAGE to the survey results, soon.  Email us at info@arrivalprojects.com if you are interested in this link to the survey results before you see it here.
