We've been looking for ways to improve team performance for many years.    We've evolved a very effective, procedural tool for helping teams identify their individual and collective strengths and weaknesses.  More importantly, this process enables teams to capitalize on their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.  We call this TEAM - Team Enhanced Achievement MaturityTM.

This is a procedural technique which allows hierarchical teams to take advantage of some of the self managed team concepts without the enormous effort and risks involved in adopting self managed teams per se.   We guarantee our efforts in this area.   If your teams are not satisfied that this process improves their performance, you won't owe us for our time.
