Program Details: Brent uses this presentation to get each attendee to own their personal, performance development plan. Managers and HR professionals can share these ideas with their employees to improve performance management. Brent shares tips on how to seek honest feedback, how to interpret the feedback we get and also how to give good feedback to others.

When relevant, Brent discusses special options for team feedback and ways to take advantage of organizational performance evaluations as a feedback tool. He can also show individuals and organizations how to shift from a paradigm of "being evaluated" to "seeking feedback," after explaining the essential value of this shift.
