Brent works with and manages many teams as a director, manager, project manager, project leader and business owner. He's seen how effective teams accomplish much more with the same raw materials than others who may have the same level of technical skill and access to tools. He has developed and learned a variety of techniques to build effective teams and constantly seeks out new approaches. He will share his Five Spells of magical teammates, the Five Top Hats of magical teams and a proprietary procedure for enhancing team work without any expense.
