We are using Arrivalsoft.com from Arrival Projects Group, Inc. for performance feedback and evaluations.  The software immediately gave us faster execution of our formal performance review process. 

Arrivalsoft provides us with many advantages over our old manual process, which consisted of an evaluation form in Microsoft Word.  Since Arrivalsoft is on the web, our distributed work force can access it from all our locations with no software installation, no hardware expansion, and no upgrades to worry about.  By putting our evaluations on Arrivalsoft our centralized HR group can monitor the timely completion of our performance review process.  Authorized personnel can access current and historical evaluations on-line instantly.

We’ve only begun to explore Arrivalsoft’s capabilities.  We look forward to expanding our employee feedback process by using Arrivalsoft on a more regular basis than we used for manual evaluations.  We also see how this software can give our executives and managers a much better grasp of their staff’s performance levels at any given time. 

We’ve been pleased with the responsiveness of Arrival Projects Group to our calls with questions.  We encountered one small problem with the software, informed Arrival, and they had it fixed the next day.  We didn’t bother with a test period.  Our deadline for our formal review process was two weeks after we first started using Arrivalsoft.  We got it done with time to spare.

Feedback is essential for the growth of every person and organization.  We believe Arrivalsoft will facilitate better feedback, and therefore offer greater opportunity for positive employee behavior modification, than ever before.

I have had a chance to review Arrivalsoft.com'sTM performance management software and am happy to suggest it to any organization that wants to leverage their human resource investment in new ways.  Arrivalsoft can save time just by eliminating the paper distribution of a manual evaluation process.  Their software provides a mechanism for gathering systematic information from multiple evaluators throughout the performance period.  For most companies, this is a significant aid.  Often evaluations fail to measure performance accurately because the people who really know the employee's performance are not involved or only the performance over the last few weeks of the evaluation cycle is reviewed.  The incompleteness of the measurement process will lead to invalid appraisals and unhappy and unmotivated employees.

It can also enable more meaningful competency modeling by job/position.  Arrival's web enabled software allows you to define competencies and skills unique to each position.  It allows you to make behavioral descriptions of each rating for each skill area to supplement the typical poor to excellent rating format.  That typical rating approach is problematic because two different people can observe the same behavior and one may call it good while another calls it very good or excellent.  Behavioral descriptions of each competency can help reduce this type of rating error.  The software also allows free form comments on each skill.

Arrival's software is very compatible with 360-degree performance review programs.  It has a broad authorization scheme to allow you to control who sees what information about whom.  It allows you to coach managers based on analysis and comparison of the performance of their employees over time and to coach employees to give each other better feedback.  Their 'constant feedback'TM option facilitates employee feedback throughout the year rather than just at the review time.  That is important to effective performance management.

Organizations have been reaping the benefits of automation in accounting for thirty years and this software can aid employee performance management in a similar way.

When using a web based product, there is no software to buy or maintain.  Arrivalsoft will collect feedback on employee job performance over the web...it's extremely easy to use and insures complete confidentiality and reliability.  

Twenty-first century employees expect regular feedback - and they can better improve their performance when they get it.  Annual reviews are not enough.  Arrivalsoft offers many options to increase the volume and quality of feedback in an efficient manner.  Their 'Constant Feedback'TM option takes feedback to a new level.

Association of Information Technology Professionals

"To Whom It May Concern:

The Association of Information Technology Professional’s (AITP) Kansas City chapter uses Arrivalsoft.com for our monthly meeting feedback.  Getting feedback helps us keep in touch with the interests of our group.  We considered doing this manually, but it takes a lot of time to get forms copied for each meeting, make sure they are distributed, then collect the filled out forms and review the feedback.  Arrivalsoft does all this automatically so we don’t need to bother a volunteer with this task.

We have email addresses for most of the people who attend each meeting.  We simply send them an email after each meeting with a hyperlink to Arrivalsoft and a userid and password they can use to sign on as a generic meeting attendee.  All of their input is anonymous.  Our responders all say the software is very easy to use, plus the information is automatically summarized for authorized board members to review as needed.  Those who don’t give us their email address can sign on through our webpage at www.kc.aitp.org.

We’ve not had any problems reported by anyone.  The software functions as promised.  Because we are a non profit professional association chapter, Arrival makes this available to us free of charge.

I recommend this event feedback software for professional associations, training groups, and anyone who needs feedback from a group of people regarding an event they’ve attended.

"We participated in an alpha test project of the TEAM SoftwareTM concept from Arrival Projects Group.  Their overall concept, and particularly their Constant FeedbackTM capability, can give executives and managers a much better grasp of their staff's performance levels on a regular basis.  In addition, the information this concept provides can be used to better manage the performance review process to ensure its timely and complete execution.
